Nathaniel's Retirement

Please see below a letter from Nathaniel addressed to all his customers regarding his retirement.

Nathaniel Underwood Retirement

Dear loyal customers,

After more than 40 years in the saddlery industry, making and fitting saddles, I have decided that it is time for me to take life a bit easier. You may already have heard that I am intending to retire. I can confirm that this is now the case and that I will no longer be seeing horses as of the end of June 2018.

I would like to thank you all for your confidence, friendship and support. I apologise for not naming you individually as there have been so many of you. But you know who you are.

As you will know, I have been training and working with Elly Pitts for some time now and she has now taken over the business. She will be relocating to her new purpose built premises at Glebe Farm, Kenn, Near Exeter. My sister Carol Andrews will be staying on with Elly and all bookings and enquiries can be carried out as normal.

I feel confident that Elly will do a very good job. She has received more training from me than any other saddle fitter currently working in the UK and I have every faith in her abilities.

I would like to wish you, your horses and Elly all the very best for the future.

I count myself as being very lucky having been able to learn at such a high standard with one of the best saddle fitters in the country. I will be continuing to see all of our customers old and new either out at your yards throughout the South West or at my new premises near Exeter. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us on our normal email or telephone number, we also have a mobile now 07592615080. Thank you Elly.
